A foggy day ...

Taking pictures on a foggy day is awesome. I went to the Wapsipinicon State Park for these. The resulting images are very cool, in my opinion, with the color almost bled from the shots just by the weather conditions. No editing, no tweaking in Photoshop, except for the watermark. These are the real deal.

Approaching the park. The footbridge is in the foreground,
and a crane at the new sewer plant site is in the back.

I love, love, love the way the sun looks like a full moon. Very eerie.

On the bridge, looking out at the river.

A couple more "moon" shots.

It's neat how the bare branches are reaching out, trying to claw at the sky.
I didn't notice it at the time, but there's a spider web just to the right of the
watermark in the left picture.

All in all, a good morn's hunting.
